ABOUT US

I have been doing inspections for 30+ years after being in the building industry for many years prior, gives me a great understanding of the construction industry.  I know that, like any other, this industry has its own lingo.

I have a background in administration and management where helpful service is crucial for great relationships and can work productively to ensure desired outcomes. Trained and having knowledge of the current building code requirements combined with architectural draughting skills provides me with the perfect combination to assist in projects. Furthermore, I have a keen eye for detail, color and design to enhance the overall outcome.

For many people, the experience of purchase, building, renovating or improving a property is challenging, time-consuming and stressful, when the results are not those expected, it can also be disappointing and costly.
Steve’s experience in conjunction with Nicolieen’s knowledge, training and design flair, provides a valuable combination to the client.

We aim to make your experience as stress-free as possible with a great personalized service to achieve the best results possible. .

No – we will give you written details of our visual inspection of the property. We can provide further information of any defect detected and we can advise you about any issues that may need further investigation.

All in one building services will provide you with a detailed report so that you can make an informed  decision, but the choice is yours. We can make sure you talk to the appropriate specialist if necessary.
