Inspections and Reports
1.  Pre-Sale – Giving the current owner an overview of the condition and the option to identify maintenance and repair areas before selling, giving the seller the best opportunity to achieve the optimum price.
2. Pre-Purchase – Providing prospective buyers an overview of the condition of the property that they wish to purchase and an advance notice of any areas that may need attention or improvement.
Both the above reports include testing for moisture, weathertightness, stability, durability including thermal imaging and more.

Checking for moisture within wall / roof spaces gives the owner or purchaser an idea of the state the unseen structure behind. Buildings need to be dry in order to maintain its structural stability and benefits the health and wellbeing of its inhabitants.

Thermal imaging can show us discrepancies in the surface temperature of an area which then help us to identify areas of concern or where moisture may be accumulating.

Considering potential weathertightness areas of concern and providing general and preventative maintenance recommendations, to ensure the longevity of the home and its structure.

We visually inspect the foundations, subfloor, cladding, roof exterior, spouting and downpipes, joinery, roof space, insulation, flooring, hot water system and any other items on site like retaining walls, decks, paths and the driveway.
